  • Address: 515 W Central Blvd

    Parking: Private parking is available through the west gate off Central Blvd. Please look for the black and white building and park in the back.

    Entrance: Enter around the back through the pergola

    • A water bottle

    • A clean pair of flip flops or sandals to wear off the mat

    • Compression shorts / athletic shirt (optional) for under uniform

    If you do not have a gi (kimono), no problem - we're happy to provide one for you. There are no restrictions on gi color or affiliation

    • Private showers with towel service

    • Antimicrobial soap and shampoo

    • Complimentary fruit and spring water refill station

    • Curated snacks, recovery drinks, and meals available for purchase

    Please note: our new, expanded sauna is currently under construction, so sauna and cold plunge access are temporarily

We're looking forward to welcoming you. This guide is designed to help you FEEL PREPARED, comfortable, and confident before arriving for class.

  • We recommend arriving well-hydrated and having eaten something light beforehand to support energy and focus.

    Class begins with a vigorous warm-up designed to prepare your body for training. You should expect to sweat and be challenged.

    All movements are demonstrated clearly and may be modified based on comfort and ability. You may be encouraged to explore slightly beyond your comfort zone

    • No traditional martial arts rituals or formalities

    • No performative hierarchy

    • A focused, professional, adult training environment

    Every element of class structure exists to support learning, safety, and respect.

    • Warm-up (15 minutes)

    • Technique instruction and drilling

    • Games or live training rounds (participation optional but encouraged)

    You are not expected to be perfect. You are expected to be present, engaged, and open to learning.

  • After training, you're welcome to use the private showers and amenities, ask questions, and take time to transition out of class and recover.

ACCESS TO THE OGC IS INTENDED FOR THOSE SEEKING A HOLISTIC athletic LIFESTYLE EXPERIENCE.
iT REQUIRES ADHERENCE TO ACCEPTED STANDARDS OF CONDUCT AND THE HOUSE RULES TO SAFEGUARD THE USage AND ENJOYMENT OF THE OGC BY ITs MEMBERS AND GUESTS.

for everyone

  1. AN ADULT-ONLY SOCIAL CLUB; MUST BE 18+ TO ENTER.

  2. NO BARE FEET OFF OF THE MAT. WEAR SANDALS. USE OF THE FOOT WASH BEFORE TRAINING IS MANDATORY.

  3. gOOD HYGIENE IS MANDATORY.

  4. zERO TOLERANCE FOR DISEASE. STAY HOME IF YOU ARE SICK OR SHOWING ANY SIGN OF SKIN INFECTION.

  5. KEEP IT SOCIAL! INTRODUCE YOURSELF, SLAP, BUMP, flow.

  6. IF YOU USE IT, PUT IT BACK. cLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF.

For jiu jitsu

  1. CHECK YOUR EGO, AMIGO.

  2. IF IT’S PADDED, IT’S PART OF THE GAME. THERE ARE 6 DIRECTIONS OF LINEAR MOVEMENT, USE THEM.

  3. EVERYTHING GOES. sEE RULE #1.

  4. NO SMALL DIGIT MANIPULATION, DON’T GRIP INSIDE THE PANTS OR SLEEVE, AND MAKE SURE YOU TAP.

  5. WEAR PROPER ATTIRE - NO T-SHIRTS, ZIPPERS, LOW CLEAVAGE, BUTTONS, OR POCKETS.

For yoga

  1. Arrive early. Doors will be locked when class starts. minimal distractions = maximum grounding.

  2. No cell phones during class — this is your time to unplug.

  3. Be MINDFUL of fragrances — please avoid strong scents. Respect your neighbor and the space.

  4. Clean and return your props after class. Used towels go in the hamper — leave the space as you found it.
