Membership terms & policies
By purchasing a membership, pass, or subscription with Orlando Grappling Club (“theOGC”), you agree to the following terms and policies.
1. Membership Billing
• Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis to the payment method on file.
• It is the member’s responsibility to keep billing information current.
• Failed or declined payments may result in restricted access to classes and facilities until the balance is resolved.
• All payments are non-refundable, including membership dues, start-up fees, amenities fees, and deposits.
2. Minimum Commitment
• All memberships include an initial 3-month minimum commitment.
• Memberships may not be canceled during the first three (3) months from the start date.
• This minimum ensures continuity of training and membership benefits.
3. Cancellations
• After the 3-month minimum commitment has been fulfilled, members may cancel their membership at any timewith written notice.
• Cancellation becomes effective on the member’s next billing date following notice.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: mbrs@orlandograpplingclub.com
• Verbal requests, social media messages, or third-party communication do not constitute formal notice.
• Any outstanding balances must be paid before cancellation is finalized.
4. Freezes / Membership Holds
• Temporary membership freezes may be requested and are subject to approval and theOGC’s current hold policies.
• Freeze requests must be made in advance and are not guaranteed.
• Holds do not retroactively apply to past billing periods.
5. Facility Use & Conduct
• Members agree to follow all gym rules, staff instruction, posted policies, and community conduct standards.
• Respectful behavior toward staff and fellow members is required at all times.
• Unsafe behavior, misconduct, harassment, or disregard for coaching direction may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
6. Assumption of Risk
• Participation in martial arts, fitness training, yoga, recovery modalities, and use of facilities carries inherent physical risk.
• All members must have a signed Member Agreement and Liability Waiver on file prior to participation.
7. Membership Changes
• theOGC reserves the right to update membership pricing, policies, class schedules, and amenities with reasonable notice.
• Continued membership constitutes agreement to updated policies.
